MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT
White Label Sourcing Limited (t/a VSN Sport) is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chain.
Within our business, we have in place an Anti-Slavery policy setting out our commitment to combat modern slavery, together with an Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy. We are an accredited Living Wage Employer under the Scottish Living Wage Accreditation Initiative.
In order to provide apparel for team sport and workwear customers, we work with a range of suppliers, primarily within the United Kingdom but also abroad. We endeavour to make sure our suppliers are aware of our policies, and request that they adhere to the same high standards and practices where appropriate.
While we do not primarily operate in high risk sectors or locations, we regularly evaluate the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in our supply chain, and will investigate any potential risks as appropriate.
DIVERSITY & EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES
White Label Sourcing Limited (t/a VSN Sport) is committed to providing equality of opportunity for all employees, and to creating a workplace environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity by their colleagues. It is against our policies and in some jurisdictions against the law to discriminate either directly or indirectly on the grounds of race, colour, religion, belief or political opinion, disability, nationality, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or sex or marital status at any stage of the recruitment process, or during the course of employment.
Please contact a member of our Responsible Business team @ RBTeam@twls.co.uk if you require further information.
CYBER SECURITY
If you receive any communication purporting to be from White Label Sourcing Limited (t/a VSN Sport & The White label Solution) or any of our employees about which you are uncertain or suspicious, please forward it to audrey@twls.co.uk and we will investigate. Never reply to such e-mails and particularly do not part with money, provide personal or confidential information and do not click on any links in the e-mail.
Please be aware cyber-criminals deliberately those providing online e-commerce solutions and their customers. Be particularly sensitive to the fact that email is not secure and can be intercepted and amended. If you are due to transfer money to us and have received an e-mail with sort code and account details then we recommend you call your White label contact or our Finance Department to corroborate these details. Please use a phone number from our website and not one from the same e-mail as contains the bank account details. We will not change bank account details during the course of a transaction, and we will not pressurise you into transferring large sums of money verbally over the phone.
Please avoid using public Wi-Fi systems to check e-mails and correspond with us. Fraudsters can easily hack into vulnerable Wi-Fi systems.
If you use webmail (e.g. hotmail, gmail, etc) then ensure you have a strong password; do not share the same password on different accounts, and definitely switch on two factor authentication (which would alert you, e.g. by SMS text if anyone else attempted to log on to your webmail account).
ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING STATEMENT
At White Label Sourcing Limited (t/a VSN Sport), we take our core values seriously, including behaving responsibly and ethically. We are fully committed to complying with all legislation and appropriate guidelines designed to prevent financial crime and to combat money laundering activity and the funding of terrorist or criminal activity. White Label is committed to fulfilling its duties and obligations under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 and our internal policies, procedure and staff training programmes are designed to ensure full compliance. As necessary, White Label conducts client due diligence at the beginning of the business relationship and this risk assessment is thereafter monitored on an ongoing basis for all transactions. The company also has in place procedures to ensure that any suspicions that a money laundering offence has been or is being committed are reported to the appropriate authorities. White Label may refuse to act, or continue to act, with any party if we have concerns relevant to the general commitment given in this policy statement.
White Label will never attempt to induce anyone to click on links to potentially fraudulent websites, or submit personal information, or to part with money as an up front payment in order, for example, to release a prize.

Navigating this site without using a mouse
We have decided not to use access keys on this site. On all pages, you can move between links using the ‘Tab’ key on the keyboard. To tab through the links in the opposite direction, key ‘Shift+Tab’. Once a link is active, key ‘Enter’ to follow the link.
Access keys are keyboard shortcuts which allow users to navigate around a website without using a mouse or other pointing device.
- Access keys can override keyboard shortcuts for screen readers and other assistive technology.
- There is no convention on access keys, so the few sites that use them do so in whichever way they choose. Users are unlikely to spend time getting used to a particular set of access keys.
For these reasons, we do not use access keys.
